Crackin’ Kitchen offers Hawaiian Cajun Seafood in the heart of Waikiki. Customers can enjoy seafood in a casual and comfortable setting. Chef Johnny Botello joins Trini in Hawaii’s Kitchen at the Ferguson Showroom to show off the restaurant’s Hawaiian Cajun flavorings.
The flavors offered at Crackin’ Kitchen were created by Chef Takeshi Omae. Omae was born and raised in Kumamoto, Japan. He received a Michelin Star from Tokyo Michelin Guide in 2008 and 2009. Chef Omae also has a restaurant in Las Vegas that just opening in 2014.
