A man convicted of starting a deadly fire at a Kalihi boarding house learned his fate Wednesday.
James Kimo Moses was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
In February 2011, Moses started a fire that killed 76-year-old Clarence Isobe. More than 20 people lived in the home.
He was convicted in April 2014 of manslaughter, two counts of attempted murder and arson.
A jury also found him guilty of second-degree attempted assault and two counts of third-degree attempted assault.
