The man accused of throwing rebar at moving cars has pleaded guilty as charged on all counts.

Edward Kling was found fit to proceed Thursday on four counts of property damage.

Police say the 49-year-old threw construction material at passing vehicles at Ala Moana Center on Saturday, Jan. 3.

Drivers described what happened: “I saw something, and then I heard something land on his car,” said Whitney Schneider Furuya. “It sounded like a metal object, so I looked up towards the construction site and, like, oh my god, there’s stuff flying from the construction site.”

Kling will be sentenced in August.
