Editor’s note: Zacharias Canincia was featured on Hawaii’s Most Wanted on June 27, 2015. He has since been arrested and this post has been updated.

Honolulu police have arrested a man who they say broke into a car and a home, and then violated his probation.

“On April 21, 2014, the complainant arrived at work and noticed items were missing from his vehicle,” said Crimestoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett. “He called home and asked his daughters to review the surveillance video and showed a male entered the vehicle and entered the SUV. He was located on May 1, 2014, and was arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.”

Zacharias Canincia was also arrested for a burglary in Waianae.

He was wanted on two $20,000 warrants for not following the terms of HOPE probation.

“He has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Waianae areas,” said Buffett.

Canincia was arrested on July 17, 2015, at around 10:50 p.m., on Makoa Street in Waipahu.
