Bloomingdale’s announced Monday that it will open a new store in Ala Moana Center on Thursday, November 12. Tony Spring, the store’s chairman and CEO, will attend the public opening.
The three-level, 165,000 square-foot store will be the anchor of the shopping center’s Ewa wing now under construction.
Bloomingdale’s will offer an extensive roster of brands, many of which will be exclusive to the Ala Moana store. It will feature a curated assortment of stylish luxury goods, including Armani Collezioni, Boutique Moschino, Cami & Jax, Chloe, Ferragamo, Frette bedding, Gucci, Max Mara, Rebecca Taylor, Sandro, Shinola, Tidal, AQUA Bloomingdale’s exclusive ready-to-wear line, and many more.
Additionally, a special treat station will offer local Hawaiian goods such as Honolulu Cookie Company, Sea Salts of Hawaii, Honey: Big Island Bees, Honolulu Coffee Company, and more.
The store will feature special services for visitors, smart fitting rooms and charging lounges, The Registry for the customer’s wedding needs, and the 40 Carrots restaurant.
Bloomingdale’s Ala Moana is planning over 300 fashion-packed events to take place during the store’s opening months.
