Do you have room in your heart to give a dog a forever home? You can meet some canine candidates this weekend at The Celebrities and Their Pets Fashion Show.
Fur-Angel Foundation will bring 15 puppies and some small older dogs to The Celebrities and Their Pets Fashion Show (as part of the Hawaii Woman Expo) on September 12 and 13 at The Blaisdell Exhibition Hall at 12:30 p.m. for over 35 local celebrities to carry on the runway.
These puppies will be dressed in fashions from The Pet Corner at Ward Warehouse. “We are hoping to bring attention to pet adoption and find good homes for these animals at this event. We will also have a booth at this event on all three dates and we will be accepting applications from families that would like to adopt or foster,” says Tiffany Kim, Executive Director of Fur-Angel Foundation.
Fur-Angel Foundation is an Oahu non-profit organization established in 2014 by four friends who have a passion for helping the community and animals. Its purpose is to rescue underprivileged, unwanted dogs and provide medical attention and loving homes for these neglected animals.
Fur-Angel Foundation places the homeless animals in foster homes until their forever homes can be found. If you would like to be a foster family or adopt or contribute to this organization, please contact (808) 763-8662 and visit its website at www.furangelfoundation.org.
