Crews begin clearing out part of the homeless encampment in Kakaako Tuesday morning. City crews posted notices last week urging people to move to shelters.

Hawaii Island police are looking for a two year old boy. Jonah Palakiko-Lono was last seen at Onekahakaha Beach Park on Saturday when he was dropped off to visit with his father. If you know where he is, call Crime Stoppers.

Another lane closure on the H-3 freeway in both directions between the Mokapu Saddle Road underpass and the Kamehameha Highway off-ramp starts Tuesday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for median maintenance.

Daytime roadwork will shut down two westbound lanes on the H-1 freeway between the Pearl City/ Waimalu off ramp and the H-1/ H-2 split from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Mortar training begins Tuesday morning at Schofield Barracks until 4 a.m. Wednesday. There will be more overnight training Wednesday night, so expect some noise if you live in the area.

The Coast Guard needs your help locating the owner of a little boat found partially submerged about a half mile offshore of Hilton Hawaiian Village. If you have any information, contact the Coast Guard.

The family of major league baseball player Kolten Wong is asking for help in recovering three gold Hawaiian bracelets that their late mother Keala gave to Kolten’s sister, Kiani. Someone broke into Kiani’s apartment near Kapiolani and King Street. If you have any information on this case, contact Honolulu Police.

Police on Hawaii Island still need your help finding a missing piece of the King Kamehameha statue in Hilo. The statue’s six-foot-long spear was stolen over the weekend. Anyone with information is asked to call Big Island police or Big Island Crime Stoppers.
