— H-1 FREEWAY —

AIEA
9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday: Two right lanes closed in the eastbound direction between the Kaamilo Street Overpass and Aiea Heights Drive Overpass for road paving.

11:30 p.m.-1 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday morning: Left lane closed in the eastbound direction between the Kaneohe/Honolulu Off-Ramp (Exit 13A) and the Halawa Heights/Stadium Off-Ramp for utility installations.

EWA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in the westbound direction between the Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 5A) and the Kualakai Parkway Underpass for utility installations.

HONOLULU 
1 a.m.-2 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday morning: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between the Punchbowl Street Off-Ramp (Exit 21B) and the Kinau Street Off-Ramp (Exit 22) for utility installations.

PEARL CITY 
10 p.m.-11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday morning: Right lane closed in the westbound direction between the Pearl City Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) for utility installations.

9 p.m.-10 a.m. Saturday through Sunday morning: Closure of the Moanalua Road On-Ramp to the freeway in the westbound direction for deck widening and asphalt paving.

PEARL CITY TO WAIPAHU
9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Two right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the H-1/H-2 Split for deck widening and asphalt paving.

9 p.m.-10 a.m. Saturday through Sunday morning: Single right lane closure in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) for deck widening and asphalt paving.

PEARL HARBOR
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure on the Nimitz Highway On-Ramp to the freeway in the eastbound direction for the rail project.

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 
8 p.m.-1 a.m. Tuesday through Friday morning: Partial closures of the Keehi Interchange ramps in the westbound direction for deck sealing. All ramps will remain open.

Now through 12:01 a.m. Monday morning: Three right lanes closed in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) for deck sealing. Partial closures of the Honolulu International Airport ramps. A detour will be established for motorists accessing the H-1 Freeway from Nimitz Highway.

WAIAWA INTERCHANGE
Monday through Friday morning for the rail project:

Waipahu off-ramp

  • Westbound Waipahu off-ramp closed closed 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning, and 8 p.m.-8 a.m. Friday through Saturday, Oct. 10, and 8 p.m.-10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, through Sunday, Oct. 11.

Farrington Highway near Leeward Community College entrance

  • Westbound lanes of the highway near Waiawa Road will be crossed over to the eastbound side 8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning, and 8 p.m.-8 a.m. Friday through Saturday, Oct. 10, and 8 p.m.-10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, through Sunday, Oct. 11.

WAIPAHU
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning: Closure of the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from the freeway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

WAIPAHU TO KAPOLEI 
9 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closures in the westbound direction between Military Access Road and Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor (Exit 1) for pavement striping installations.

WAIPAHU
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning: Closure of the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from the freeway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

FORT SHAFTER
9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.  Wednesday: Alternating lane closure on the Fort Shafter/King Street Off-Ramp in the eastbound direction for survey work.

— H-3 FREEWAY —

HALAWA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Lane closure in both directions between the Harano Tunnel and the Halawa Valley Street Underpass for median barrier maintenance.

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Lane closure in both directions between the Harano Tunnel and the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 9) for median barrier maintenance.

8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between the Mokapu Saddle Road Underpass and the Kamehameha Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 11) for median maintenance.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

EAST KAPOLEI/EWA
7:30 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday through Friday: Closed between Kualakai Parkway (North-South Road) and Old Fort Weaver Road Loop for overhead guideway work for the rail project. From 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: One lane will be open on the highway and traffic will alternate between westbound and eastbound flow at regular intervals, managed by flaggers at each end of the closures.

MAKAHA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between Maiuu Road and Jade Street for utility installations.
       
PEARL CITY 
8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Saturday morning: Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between Waiawa Road and the Kamehameha Highway Overpass for the rail project.

WAIPAHU
8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Wednesday: Lane closure in the westbound direction between the Kamehameha Highway Overpass and Kahualii Street for tree trimming.

Closure of the eastbound on-ramp to the H-1 Freeway, for the rail project.

  • Lane closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Full closure 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning.

Old Fort Weaver Road to Leoku Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Leoku Street to Leokane Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weekdays and Saturdays as needed.

Leokane Street to Pupukahi Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays and 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weekdays and Saturdays as needed.
  • Intersection at Leokane closed 7 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights. Traffic will be detoured to Pupukahi and the alternate turn on the west side of the Fort Weaver Road overpass.
  • Westbound lanes of the highway will be closed 7 p.m.-6 a.m. Drivers will be directed to a temporary lane on the opposite side of the road.
  • Left turns from the highway westbound at Leokane closed 24/7.

Pupukahi Street to Pupupuhi Street

  • Starting Saturday, Oct. 10, left turns from the highway eastbound to Pupukahi will be closed.

Pupupuhi Street to Aniani Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays.

Aniani Street to Waipahu Depot Street

  • Left turns from the highway eastbound and westbound at Aniani closed 24/7.
  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Waipahu Depot Road to Mokuola Street

  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.-6 a.m.
  • Left turn from the highway eastbound at Mokuola will be closed 24/7.

Paiwa Street to Kahualii Street

  • Left turn from highway eastbound at Kahualii closed 24/7.
  • Inside lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kahualii Street to Kamehameha Highway

  • Outside lane of the highway eastbound closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Closed eastbound lanes at Kahualii will be crossed over to the westbound side of the highway 7 p.m.-6 a.m.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

HAWAII KAI
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closed in the eastbound direction between West Hind Drive and Lunalilo Home Road for pavement striping installations and intersection work as part of the Kalanianaole Highway Resurfacing project.

WAIMANALO
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Humuniki Street and Nakini Street for utility installations.

6 p.m.-6 a.m. Monday through Thursday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Humuniki Street and Nakini Street for utility installations.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

AIEA/ALOHA STADIUM
Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project:

Lipoa Place to Pali Momi Street

  • One westbound lane closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restricitons.
  • One eastbound lane closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Pedestrians will be detoured to Kaonohi Street.

Pali Momi Street to Honomanu Street

  • One inside lane of the highway eastbound and one inside lane westbound will be closed 24/7 with various left turn restrictions.
  • One westbound lane and one eastbound lane closed 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Two westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Various left turn pocket restrictions will be in place.

Near Aloha Stadium-Honomanu Street to Salt Lake Boulevard

  • Highway on-ramp to Moanalua Freeway closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. Sunday through Thursday night.
  • Up to three westbound lanes closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m. Various left turn restrictions in place.
  • Two eastbound lanes closed 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • Up to three westbound lanes of Salt Lake Blvd. will be closed 8 p.m.-7 a.m.
  • Eastbound lanes of the highway will be crossed over to the westbound lanes between 8 p.m.-5:30 a.m.
  • One westbound lane closed 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

HAUULA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Imua Place and Haleaha Road for utility repairs.

KAAAWA
7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Keo Place and Trout Farm Road for emergency shoreline improvements. Traffic will be contraflowed in the remaining open lane.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday: Lane closure in the southbound direction between Lau Place and Kaaawa Valley Road for utility replacements.

MILILANI
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Waihau Street for guardrail and pavement striping installations. One lane in both directions will be open for motorists at all times. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and use alternate roadways such as Kuahelani Avenue, Meheula Parkway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Ka Uka Boulevard and the H-2 Freeway.

PEARL CITY
7 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday: Two lanes closed in the westbound direction between Kuleana Road to Puu Poni Street for equipment removal.

PEARL CITY TO AIEA 
Honolulu Rail Transit will be working on Kamehameha Highway this week at various locations.

  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Waiawa Road and Acacia Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures in both directions between Acacia Road and Waimano Home Road.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Waimano Home Road and Puu Momi Street.
  • 24/7 lane closures between Puu Momi Street and Puu Poni Street.
  • 24/7 inside eastbound lane closure between Puu Poni Street and Kuleana Road. One westbound lane closed between 8 p.m.-7 a.m. with various left turn restrictions. One eastbound lane closed between 7 p.m.-5:30 a.m. Left turn at Kuleana Road is closed (motorists will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street). One westbound lane closed 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • 24/7 inside lanes in both directions from Kuleana Road and Kaonohi Street with various left turn restrictions.

PEARL HARBOR/AIRPORT
Monday through Friday lane closures for the rail project.

Kamehameha Highway from Center Drive to Radford Drive

  • Two westbound lanes closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Right turn only lane may be closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m., right turn allowed at intersection.
  • Left turn only lane into Makalapa Gate is contraflowed in the eastbound direction between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Radford Drive to Halawa Drive

  • One lane of the highway closed between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Westbound bus stop temporarily relocated between 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Arizona Memorial Place to Arizona Street

  • One eastbound lane of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Arizona Street to Makalapa Road/Gate

  • Two eastbound lanes of the highway closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Kamehameha Highway from Makalapa Road to Center Drive

  • One to two eastbound lanes closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Eastbound bus stop at Kamehameha Highway and Makalapa Road may be temporarily relocated to mid-block between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Makai Frontage Road (off-ramp) from Kamehameha Highway/Plantation Drive to Valkenburgh Street, and from Hickam AFB to H-1 Freeway On-Ramp

  • One eastbound lane of the highway in two directions closed 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Aolele Street from Aolewa Place to Lagoon Drive

  • One westbound lane closed 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Keehi Lagoon Park

  • Section of road and/or within the park closed and traffic detoured to the adjacent parking lot(s) 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

WAHIAWA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the southbound direction between Paalaa Uka Pupukea Road and Kilani Avenue for tree trimming.

WAIKANE
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday: Lane closure in the northbound direction between Johnson Road and Kaaawa Valley Road for utility replacements.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the southbound direction between Lihimauna Road and Johnson Road for utility installations.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Johnson Road and Haupoa Street for utility installations.

KALIHI
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday: Lane closure in both directions between the Wilson Tunnel and Valley View Drive for barrier maintenance.

KANEOHE 
24/7 left lane closure in the Honolulu-bound direction between the H-3 Freeway Overpass and the Wilson Tunnel for structural repairs. Use the Pali Highway and H-3 Freeway as alternate routes.

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

HONOLULU 
8:30 p.m.-3:30 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Libby Street and River Street for sewer repairs.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesday: Right lane closed in the westbound direction between Pacific Street and Alakawa Street for utility repairs.

Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Alakawa Street and Pacific Street for sidewalk repairs and sewer work:

  • Right lane closed in the eastbound direction from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Left lane closed in the westbound direction from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and 8 p.m.-3 a.m.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closed in the eastbound direction between Kahanamoku Street and Kalakaua Avenue for sewage maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and 8 p.m.-3 a.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Punchbowl Street and Cooke Street for sewage work.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Roving single lane closures in both directions between Palama Street and the eastbound H-1 Freeway On-Ramp for road repairs and landscape maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between North King Street and Vineyard Boulevard for sidewalk reconstruction.

— MIDDLE STREET —

KALIHI 
7 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Saturday morning, Oct. 10: Alternating lane closure in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project. There will also be a 24/7 southbound median lane closure and sidewalk closure on the west side of Middle Street. Signage will be posted instructing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.

— MOKAPU BOULEVARD —

KAILUA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between Ilikala Place and Oneawa Street for road repairs.

— BINGHAM STREET —

HONOLULU
5:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday: Lane closure in the eastbound direction between Punahou Street and Alexander Street for utility dismantling.
