The Los Angeles Lakers play another exhibition game at the Stan Sheriff Center Tuesday night.
Some of the players took some time off Monday afternoon to visit more than 200 kids at the Boys and Girls club in McCully.
The Lakers also donated $150,000 to help renovate the Spalding Clubhouse gym.
“It feels good you know to be able to come here affect this community. This is my first time in Hawaii so that is cool to see this,” said Los Angeles Lakers point guard Jordan Clarkson who also spent time at the Boys and Girls Club as a child.
The Lakers and the Utah Jazz meet in the second and final game of their series at the Sheriff Center Tuesday night.
