There’s more help on the way for Hawaii’s first set of quintuplets. Businesses are stepping up to accept donations for the Dela Cruz family.

We’re also getting our first good look at two of the little ones.

With three of them out of the incubators, mother Marcie Dela Cruz is ready to share one picture of the two boys, Kupono, the middle child, and Kaolu, the youngest, who is always smiling.

Dela Cruz says the lone sister, Kamalii, is also out of the incubator and the other two boys, Kapena and Keahi, will be doing so soon.

The family is grateful to hear the news that there will be two locations on Oahu that will serve as drop-off sites for donations.

“Thanks to KHON2,” said Dela Cruz. “That was awesome that you guys put that out there. Two different locations is more than we asked for, and it’s just going to make it more convenient for the people that have the hearts that want to give to our family and support us, so we’re very grateful to them.”

Keiki O Ka Aina, a non-profit organization and also a partner of KHON2’s Laulima Giving Project, will accept donations at its Kalihi office.

Those who live on Windward Oahu can go to Kapaa Auto Body in the industrial section of Kapaa Quarry. The business is run by a family that has an idea of what the Dela Cruz family is about to face.

“We have four boys, so we know what it’s like having four boys, and it’s a blessing, four beautiful blessings. She’s been blessed with five,” said Tina Ryder of Kapaa Auto Body.

Diapers, baby wipes, and laundry detergent for babies top the priority list.

American Savings Bank branches are also accepting monetary donations, under the account named “Hawaii Five OMG.”

Friends are also holding a fundraiser for the family at Rumours Nightclub on Dec. 19 from 3-8 p.m. You can also email the family at
