Noi Thai Cuisine grand opening celebration to benefit Kapiolani Medical Center

A chain of family-owned Thai restaurants opens its first restaurant in Hawaii. Noi Thai Cuisine is part of the extremely popular Baitong Family of restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. The new Royal Hawaiian Center location in Waikiki is its sixth restaurant and the first outside of the Pacific Northwest.

General manager Ying Rosawan says the owners vacationed in Hawaii and felt it was similar to Thailand, which made them want to open an eatery here.

The restaurant is at the Royal Hawaiian Center, on the third level, between Wolfgang’s Steakhouse and Forever 21. The grand opening is on Thursday, January 21st, 6 – 9 p.m. – by invitation only. All attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Kapiolani Medical Center (KMC).

From January 22 – 29, 10% of the restaurant’s proceeds will be donated to KMC. On Saturday, January 30th, 5 – 9 p.m., celebrity servers will be waiters, and all tips will go to KMC. More at (808) 664-4039 or http://www.noithaicuisine.com.
