Maui police are asking for help tracking down 36-year old Waylon Santos. He’s wanted for questioning in an ongoing criminal investigation. If you see him, call Maui police.

Hawaii Island police are warning residents about a new scam. Residents are getting letters saying they’ve won thousands of dollars and just need to call a number and talk to a claims agent. Don’t call that number, and report these letters to police.

Honolulu reached an agreement with the ACLU to change the way it conducts homeless sweeps. Among other things, the city will make it easier for people to get their things back.

The city says it’s checking to see if new gates a property owner put up along the Diamond Head shoreline are legal. The gates are only shut at night when the beach parks are closed.

The search continues for a man accused of setting his girlfriend on fire in Kahaluu. Twenty five year old Bobby Young-Townsend, wanted for attempted murder, has been on the run since Monday. If you see him, call police.

As the salvage operation continues for 12 missing marines, officials remind everyone: if you spot what looks like debris, don’t touch it. Report it to the marines.

If you’re planning on flying out of the Islands in the next few days you may want to check on your flight. A big snowstorm is headed for the eastern US and many airlines are already offering travel vouchers.
