If you’ve noticed a thick haze blanketing the state, you’re not alone.
Much of Honolulu was shrouded in vog and, due to light and variable winds, it won’t be leaving anytime soon.
This dry, stable weather pattern will continue through Friday.
Trade winds return starting Saturday at 10-15 mph.
They’ll usher in some windward clouds and possibly a few light showers through the weekend and beginning of next week.
That should help clear most of the state’s hazy skies.
Unfortunately, winds will return to light and variable as another weak front approaches.
