Azure Restaurant makes Hokkaido Scallop and Foie Gras

Azure Restaurant is one of the most exquisite dining experiences in Hawaii. The award-winning restaurant is located on Waikiki Beach and offers diners stunning views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Azure features some of the islands’ finest seafood – each dish is impeccably prepared.

Today, Chef de Cuisine Shaymus Alwin makes a dish from their new menu: Hokkaido Scallop and “Foie Gras”: hearts of palm, foie gras beignets, truffle kabayaki butter.
