Wednesday Workout: Glutes, quads, and hamstrings

Want some simple yet effective exercises to tone up your glutes, quads, and hamstrings? Egan Inoue, owner and trainer at Egan’s Fit Body Bootcamp, shows us how on Wake Up 2day.


Prepare your timer for a four minute workout that will leave you feeling the burn. He says to assume a sumo squat and tighten your core. Then, pulse your legs slightly up and down for 30 seconds.


After that, do jumping jacks for 30 seconds. Alternate between these exercises until you hit four minutes. More at
