Karai Crab makes their delicious seafood stew, Cioppino!



In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen, we’re featuring Karai Crab, a fun and spicy seafood restaurant in Moiliili. General Manager, Jon Shimotsukasa and Chef Maverick Domingo tells us all about the restaurant, their “Wall of Fire” and shows us how to make Cioppino, their yummy seafood stew.
