Peruvian Restaurant opens at Restaurant Row



In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen, we’re featuring Mimi’s Place, a new Peruvian restaurant that opened in February at Restaurant Row.  Owner, Mimi Rivasplata and her grandson, Giancarlo Legrand shows us how to make three popular dishes off their menu:  Ceviche, Lomo Saltado (beef saute) and Picarones (donut-like dessert).
