— H-1 FREEWAY —

AIEA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in the eastbound direction between the Kaahumanu Street Overpass and the Kaonohi Street Overpass for slope repair work.

HONOLULU 
8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday morning: Closure of the Waialae Avenue On-Ramp to the freeway in the westbound direction for overhead sign replacement.

8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Tuesday through Wednesday morning: Closure of the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 20A) on the freeway in the westbound direction between the Houghtailing Street Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) and Gulick Avenue Overpass for overhead sign replacement.

8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday morning: Closure of the Vineyard Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) on the freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street Overpass and the Liliha Street Overpass for overhead sign replacement.

8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday morning: Closure of the Houghtailing Street Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) on the freeway in the westbound direction between the Palama Street Off-Ramp (Exit 20C) and the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp for overhead sign replacement.

8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday morning: Closure of the Kapiolani Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 25B) on the freeway in the westbound direction between the 6th Avenue Overpass and the Old Waialae Road Overpass for overhead sign replacement.

8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Wednesday through Thursday morning: Closure of the Pali Highway On-Ramp to the freeway in the eastbound direction between the Nuuanu Avenue Overpass and the Kinau Street Off-Ramp (Exit 22) for overhead sign replacement.

KALIHI TO KAHALA 
8:30 p.m.-4:30 a.m. Monday through Friday morning: Roving lane closures in both directions between the Middle Street Overpass and Ainakoa Avenue for overhead sign replacements.

PEARL CITY 
8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Up to four lanes closed in both directions between the Kamehameha Highway Overpass and the Waiawa Road Overpass for the rail project. The number of lanes closed will vary depending on the location of the roadwork.

PEARL CITY TO HONOLULU 
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday: Roving lane closure in the eastbound direction between the Pearlridge/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) for maintenance work.

PEARL HARBOR 
9:30 p.m.-3 a.m. Friday: Closure of the Middle Street Off-Ramp (Exit 19A) on the freeway in the westbound direction between Fort Shafter/Aiea Off-Ramp (Exit 19B) and the Ola Lane Overpass for pavement markers and striping installations.

WAIAWA INTERCHANGE

At the H-1/H-2 Merge (rail project)

  • 8 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Thursday: Up to three eastbound lanes will be closed.
  • 9 p.m.- 4 a.m. Monday through Thursday: Eastbound on-ramp to eastbound H-1 will be closed. Up to three westbound lanes will be closed. One additional lane will be closed from midnight-4 a.m. Westbound off-ramp to Waipahu will be closed.

Farrington Highway and Kamehameha Highway near Waiawa Road (rail project)

  • 8 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Thursday: Alternating eastbound or westbound lanes on Farrington Highway at the H-1/H-2 merge near Waiawa Road will be closed. Drivers will be detoured to a temporary lane on the opposite side of Farrington Highway. Access Waiawa Road via the detour and a turn-around point at Kahualii Street. Eastbound on-ramp from Waihona Street to eastbound Kamehameha Highway will be closed. Detour to Waipio Uka Street.
  • 9 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Thursday: Eastbound Farrington Highway loop on-ramp to the H-2 Freeway north will be closed.

WAIPAHU
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure of the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from the freeway in the westbound direction for the rail project.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in both directions between the Kamehameha Highway Overpass and the Paiwa Street Underpass for slope repair work.

— H-2 FREEWAY —

MILILANI
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday: Roving right lane closure in the northbound direction between Ka Uka Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 2) and the Leileihua Golf Course Road Overpass for maintenance work.

— H-201 MOANALUA FREEWAY —

HALAWA 
Partial closure of the freeway on-ramp to Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction Sunday night through Saturday morning over a 24-hour period for the rail project.

MOANALUA 
9 p.m.-3 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between the Middle Street Overpass and the Halawa Interchange for surveying work.

— H-3 FREEWAY —

KANEOHE
8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between the Kapaa Quarry Place Underpass and the Mokapu Saddle Road Underpass for median maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday: Lane closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction approximately a half-mile before the Harano Tunnels and the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 9) for tunnel maintenance.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

NANAKULI 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Wednesday through Friday morning: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Haleakala Avenue and Nanakuli Avenue for sewer maintenance. One lane will be open in each direction.

PEARL CITY 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure of the eastbound off-ramp to the northbound H-2 Freeway for the rail project.

8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Lane closures in both directions between Waiawa Road and the Kamehameha Highway Overpass for the rail project.

WAIALUA
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closure in both directions between Makua Valley Road and Satellite Tracking Station Road for utility removals.

WAIANAE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the westbound direction between Makaha Valley Road and Moua Street for sewer repairs.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Thursday: Lane closure in the northbound direction between Upena Street and Lawaia Street for utility pole replacements.

WAIPAHU (rail project)
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure of the eastbound off-ramp to the H-1 Freeway.

9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Westbound lane closure to southbound Fort Weaver Road.

Monday through Friday, and Saturday as needed:
Kualakai Parkway to Old Fort Weaver Road

  • 7:30 p.m.-5 a.m.: Farrington Highway will be closed. Drivers are detoured to the H-1 Freeway.

Old Fort Weaver Road to Leoku Street

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single alternating westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Single alternating eastbound lane will be closed. The inside left turn lane at Leoku Street will be closed. A single turn lane will remain open.
  • 7 p.m.-6 a.m.: Single alternating eastbound/westbound lane will be closed.

Leoku Street to Leokane Street

  • Left turn going westbound at Leoku Street will be closed 24/7.
  • 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: All westbound lanes closed. Traffic detoured to Waipahu Street. No right turn from southbound Leokane Street to the highway.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single alternating westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.

Leokane Street to Pupukahi Street

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.

Pupukahi Street to Aniani Place

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Inside eastbound lane will be closed.

Aniani Place to Waipahu Depot Road

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single alternating westbound lane will be closed.

Waipahu Depot Road to Mokuola Street

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single alternating westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday: Single alternating eastbound lane will be closed. The right turn from Waipahu Depot Road to eastbound highway will be closed. Drivers may still turn right using the through-lane.
  • 8 p.m.-5 a.m. Friday: Portion of eastbound lanes will be closed. Drivers will be detoured to Hikimoe Street. Access to businesses will remain open via flagger-controlled lanes.

Mokuola Street to Paiwa Street

  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single westbound inside lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 7 p.m.-5 a.m.: Outside eastbound lane and northbound lane of Awalau Street will be closed.
  • 7 p.m.-6 a.m.: Inside eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed.

Paiwa Street to Kahualii Street

  • 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 7 p.m.-6 a.m.: Inside eastbound and westbound lane will be closed.

Kahualii Street to the Kamehameha Highway overpass

  • 7 p.m.-5 a.m.: No right turn from northbound Waipio Point Access Road to eastbound Farrington Highway. No left turn from northbound Waipio Point Access Road to westbound Farrington Highway. No left turn from westbound Farrington Highway to southbound Waipio Point Access Road. Drivers will be detoured to Paiwa Street. No right turn from southbound Kahualii Street to westbound Farrington Highway. Drivers will be detoured to Paiwa Street.
  • 7 p.m.-6 a.m.: Inside eastbound and westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Single alternating westbound lane will be closed. The left turn on eastbound Farrington Highway to Kahualii Street will be closed. Detour to an alternate left turn at Waiawa Road.
  • 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Single alternating eastbound lane will be closed.

— KALANIANAOLE HIGHWAY —

KAILUA
9:30 p.m.-3 a.m. Friday through Saturday morning: Right lane closure in both directions between Ulupii Street and Kanapuu Drive for maintenance work.

WAIMANALO
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Friday: Lane closure in the southbound direction between Poalima Street and Inoaole Street for utility pole replacements.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

AIEA (rail project)

Kaonohi Street to Pali Momi Street

  • Single inside eastbound lane and westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Eastbound and westbound left-turns at Pali Momi Street will remain open during this time.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Outside westbound lane will be closed.

Pali Momi Street to Honomanu Street

  • Single eastbound lane and westbound lane will be closed 24/7.

Honomanu Street to Salt Lake Boulevard

  • Single eastbound lane and westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Single eastbound lane to the H201 on-ramp will be closed. Access to Aiea Bay State Recreation Area will be maintained at the time. Westbound traffic leaving the area will be detoured to a U-turn at Salt Lake Boulevard.
  • 9 p.m.-5 a.m.: Honomanu Street will be closed for utility operations. Eastbound motorists will be detoured to Pali Momi Street. Westbound motorists will be detoured to Salt Lake Boulevrd. The outside westbound lane will be closed during this time.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Outside westbound lane will be closed.

Salt Lake Boulevard to Kohomua Street

  • Westbound exit at Kohomua Street will be closed for overhead guideway installation. Motorists will be detoured to Kalaloa Street. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Single westbound lane between the two roads will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Outside westbound lane will be closed.

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday: Lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Kaneohe Bay Drive and Pali Highway on Wednesday, April 27, Thursday, April 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

LAIE TO HAUULA
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Hauula Homestead Road and Cackle Fresh Egg Farm Road for road maintenance work.

MILILANI
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in both directions between Ka Uka Boulevard and Waihau Street for guardrail work, fencing, and shoulder improvements. One lane in both directions will be open for motorists at all times. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and use alternate roadways such as Kuahelani Avenue, Meheula Parkway, Lanikuhana Avenue, Ka Uka Boulevard and the H-2 Freeway.

PEARL CITY (rail project)
Waiawa Road to Acacia Road

  • One inside eastbound lane eastbound at Acacia Road will be closed 24/7. The left westbound lane will be closed.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Alternating westbound lanes will be closed. The inside eastbound left turn will be closed.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.

Acacia Road to Waimano Home Road

  • Single inside eastbound lane and inside westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Two eastbound lanes will remain open during peak travel times.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.

Waimano Home Road to Puu Momi Street

  • Single eastbound inside lane will be closed 24/7. Two eastbound lanes will remain open during peak travel times.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: No left turns from eastbound highway to Waimano Home Road and westbound highway to Lehua Avenue. Motorists going westbound will be detoured to Waiawa Road. Motorists going eastbound will be detoured to Puu Momi Street.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.

Puu Momi Street to Puu Poni Street

  • Single inside eastbound lane closed 24/7. Two eastbound and two westbound lanes will remain open during peak travel times.

Puu Poni Street to Kuleana Road

  • Single inside eastbound lane will be closed 24/7. Two eastbound lanes will remain open during peak travel times. Traffic along the H-1 will not be affected at this time.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday: Westbound lanes will be closed. Motorists will be detoured to a temporary lane on the eastbound side of the highway. Motorists along Kuleana Road will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street. Business access will be maintained. Left turns at Puu Poni Street will remain open.

Kuleana Road to Kaahumanu Street

  • Single inside eastbound lane and inside westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Left turn restrictions will be in place. Westbound left turn into Kaluamoi Place is closed. Left-turn motorists on northbound Kaluamoi Place will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street. Left-turn motorists on westbound Kamehameha Highway will be detoured to Kuleana Road.

Kaahumanu Street to Hekaha Street

  • Single inside eastbound lane and westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Eastbound left turn at Hekaha Street is closed. Eastbound motorists will be detoured to Kanuku Street.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Outside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.

Hekaha Street to Kanuku Street

  • Single eastbound lane and inside westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Westbound left turn at Hekaha Street will be closed. Motorists will be detoured to Kaahumanu Street.
  • 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: Outside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.

Kanuku Street to Kaonohi Street

  • Single inside eastbound lane and westbound lane will be closed 24/7. Left turn restrictions will be in place.
  • Equipment installation: 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed. 8:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. next day: Inside westbound lane will be closed.
  • 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.: Alternating westbound lanes will be closed.
  • 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.-5 a.m.: Inside eastbound left-turn lane will be closed.
  • 5:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m.: Inside eastbound lane will be closed.
  • 8 p.m.-7 a.m.: Inside westbound lane will be closed.

PEARL HARBOR
7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in the westbound direction between Center Drive and Halawa Drive for the rail project.

7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closures in the eastbound direction between Ford Island Bridge and Center Drive for the rail project.

  • One lane closed between Ford Island Bridge and Arizona Memorial Place.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday: Lane closure on the Waipahu Off-Ramp from the highway in the westbound direction between Acacia Road and Farrington Highway for pole replacements.

— LIKELIKE HIGHWAY —

KALIHI
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday: Right lane closed in the Kaneohe-bound direction at the Wilson Tunnel for tunnel maintenance work.

KANEOHE
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Shoulder closure in the Kaneohe-bound direction between the H-3 Freeway Overpass and Kahekili Highway for utility installations.

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

HONOLULU 
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closures in both directions between Bethel Street and Kekaulike Street for underground utility installations.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the westbound direction between Ahua Street and Peltier Avenue at the Puuloa Road/Lagoon Drive intersection for maintenance work.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Left lane closure in the eastbound direction between Valkenburgh Street and Puuloa Road/Lagoon Drive for utility removal.

8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday: Two eastbound lanes may be closed approaching Valkenburgh Street intersection for the rail project.

8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday: One lane closed in either direction on the highway and/or Valkenburgh Street for the rail project.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: One eastbound lane from Daniel K. Inouye Drive to Sand Island Access Road for the rail project.

PEARL HARBOR
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in the eastbound direction between Lagoon Drive and Sand Island Access Road for the rail project.

— PALI HIGHWAY —

NUUANU
8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Thursday: Right lane closure in both directions between the Pali Tunnels and Kamehameha Highway for maintenance work.

— ALA MOANA BOULEVARD —

HONOLULU
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Lane closure in both directions between Queen Street and Atkinson Drive for concrete pumping and deliveries.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the eastbound direction between Kahanamoku Street and Kalakaua Avenue for sewer maintenance.

8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday: Right lane closure in the westbound direction between Ena Road and Atkinson Drive for maintenance work.

— KAPAHULU AVENUE —

HONOLULU 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Friday morning: Closure in both directions between Kihei Place and Waialae Avenue for bridge repair work. Electronic message boards will be placed in the area in advance of the closure to alert drivers of the work. The location of the work will depend on previous phases.

8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Right lane closure in the northbound direction between Varsity Place and Wilder Avenue for road repairs.

— HARDING AVENUE —

HONOLULU 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Friday morning: Closure in both directions between South King Street and 2nd Avenue for bridge repair work. Electronic message boards will be placed in the area in advance of the closure to alert drivers of the work. The location of the work will depend on previous phases.

— ROOSEVELT AVENUE —

KAPOLEI
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday morning: Lane closure in the westbound direction between Corregidor Street and Bougainville Street for paving and electrical work.

— KAAAHI STREET —

Various lane closure off Dillingham Boulevard. No street parking.

— MIDDLE STREET —

KALIHI 
7 p.m.-4 a.m. Monday through Saturday morning: Lane closures in both directions between North King Street and Kamehameha Highway for the Middle Street Pavement Reconstruction project. Traffic will be contraflowed and some turns may be restricted. There may be a 24/7 lane closure in both directions within the construction zone. Signage will be posted instructing pedestrians to use the east sidewalk.

—SALT LAKE BOULEVARD —

HALAWA 
8 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure in the eastbound direction between Kamehameha Highway and Kalaloa Street for the rail project. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to Kalaloa Street.

—FORT BARRETTE ROAD —

KAPOLEI
8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Thursday: Lane closure in the westbound direction between the H-1 Freeway and Kamaaha Avenue for maintenance work.

— FORT WEAVER ROAD —

EWA BEACH
8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday: Alternating lane closures in both directions between Keoneula Boulevard and Kuhina Street for utility installations.

WAIPAHU 
9 p.m.-4 a.m. Sunday through Friday morning: Closure of the Fort Weaver Road ramps to Farrington Highway for the rail project.
