A fallen tree branch caused problems for visitors heading into Paradise Park in Manoa Monday.
Crews at the scene said the large branch came down on a power line.
According to Hawaiian Electric, the incident did not cause an outage. Crews trimmed and cleared the branches.
Visitors were allowed to enter the park on foot, however vehicles were unable to drive through the area.
Richard Graham, who is visiting from California, had planned to hike Manoa Falls, but was turned away.
“We’re going to have lunch,” he said. “There’s plenty to see in Hawaii, so we’ll be fine.”
