A new study finds sharks prefer the Maui Nui Complex, which consists of Maui, Molokai, Lanai and Kahoolawe, and is home to a lot of their prey. The state conducted a two year study after there was a spike in shark bites in 2012 to 2013. The study also found 70% of bites occurred between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
