North Shore Kula Grille cooks up fennel dusted ahi



North Shore Kula Grille at the Turtle Bay Resort has a new menu! It’s based on fresh, locally harvested products from both land and sea. Chef Anthony Phillips tells more about the new menu and cooks up one of the new menu items:  Fennel Dusted Ahi.

 

Ingredients/Recipe

7 oz Ahi

4 oz alii mushroom

4 oz kale

4 egg yolks

1/4 c yuzu

Thyme

2oz garlic

1/2 c capers

Olive oil
