In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen, we’re featuring Japengo. The restaurant, located on the third floor of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, has a new chef, new menu items and a new outdoor terrace. We’re learning all about that today along with making three delicious dishes: Hawaiian Hearts of Palm Salad, Onaga-Hawaiian Long Tail Red Snapper, and Crispy Kalua Pork.
The restaurant is open nightly from 6 to 10 PM. The lounge and happy hour opens at 5 PM.
