Wednesday Workout: Get your shoulders ready for summer tank tops

It’s officially summer, and the folks at Egan’s Fit Body Bootcamp are thinking about your wardrobe choices! Trainer Corrie Rimmel Agon shows us how on Wake Up 2day.

 

She demonstrated two exercises, each in 30 seconds internals. The first is a sit out, adapted from a wrestling move. The second is push-ups, with a reminder to not flare out your elbows.
