A man that escaped from the Oahu Community Correctional Center on July 20 has been arrested.
Ryan Walker was arrested by the Sheriff Division Special Operations Fugitive Unit at 6:50 a.m. on Monday. He was located in the Kakaako area.
Walker was issued a pass to attend a meeting on Pensacola Street on July 20, and did not meet the shuttle back to OCCC at 9:30 p.m. on the same day.
Walker is 34 years old, 6’1″, and 183 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He was not considered dangerous.
He was serving time for sex assault 2 and burglary 1. Escape 2 is expected to be added to his charges.
His next parole hearing is scheduled for October 2016.
