The Board of Water Supply reports that water service has returned to some Waianae residents after a water main break was repaired.
A crew will fill up the trench that is about 28 feet long and 5 feet deep.
Instead of doing temporary paving, a contractor will repave the road on Tuesday.
The break was to blame for low water pressure first reported around 5 p.m. Sunday.
The 8-inch water main is located near the intersection of McArthur Street and Mill Street.
