Maui satellite DMVL offices to close for training, equipment upgrades

Satellite offices for the County of Maui’s Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing (DMVL) will be closed briefly to upgrade equipment and queuing systems and train staff.

Closures of satellite offices in Lahaina, Pukalani, and Kihei will be staggered through the rest of the month.

The Lahaina office will open at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, due to staff training on its new queuing system. The office normally opens at 8 a.m.

The Pukalani office will be closed Thursday, Sept. 22, for the installation of queuing equipment and system upgrades. The office will reopen at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 23.

The Kihei office will open at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28, due to staff training on its new queuing system program. The office normally opens at 8 a.m.

The DMVL Kahului Service Center at Maui Mall is not affected and will remain open.
