Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam will conduct operations with activities on Wednesday, Sept. 28, and Friday, Sept. 30, that will impact visitation to the USS Arizona Memorial.
During this period, boat activities in the harbor, including the Navy boats that ferry guests to and from the memorial, will be temporarily suspended.
Boat tours to the memorial will be cancelled at the following times:
- On Wednesday, September 28, programs will be cancelled from 8:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
- On Friday, September 30, programs will be cancelled from 1:45 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Visitors who have made reservations through recreation.gov for the cancelled programs can come to the visitor center and get a walk-in ticket for a different program time.
Visitors who have reserved the audio tour as part of their reservation can complete the tour at their rescheduled time or request a refund. Please call the recreation.gov support line at 877-345-6777 to request a refund.
