EDITOR’S NOTE: The warrant for Pumehana DeCambra was recalled and he is no longer wanted. This post has been updated.
A warrant for a man who allegedly stole his neighbor’s credit card and started spending has been recalled.
Pumehana DeCambra was previously wanted for violating the terms of his probation.
“On May 11, 2012, the victim went to the bank and noticed numerous transactions on her debit card. She made a police report and viewed surveillance video at the bank and found that from April 17 to May 7, her next door neighbor was observed using her credit card and withdrawing a large amount of money,” said CrimeStoppers Sgt. Kim Buffett.
DeCambra was arrested for a number of counts including identity theft and credit card theft.
“He has no prior convictions but is known to frequent the Waianae area,” Buffett added.
