Polls are set to open at seven this morning. Those polls will remain open until 6 p.m Tuesday.
Important to note anyone standing in line at 6 p.m. will be allowed to vote if the polling place you are at is busy.
You need to have a valid form of ID with you, a driver’s license, state ID card.
If you have nor registered to vote then you cannot vote in this general election.
If you are registered, but maybe forgot where your polling place is? Well the Hawaii Office of Elections makes it easy for you to find out where to go. Just head to the department’s website at http://elections.hawaii.gov/.
On the home page there you’ll find a tab called Find My Polling Place. Just simply click on it, enter the Island you live on and your street address. It will give you the name of your polling place and also show it to you on a map.
Remember the polls open at 7 a.m. and stay open until 6 p.m.
