President unlikely to attend Pearl Harbor ceremony

It appears unlikely that President Obama will be in Hawaii for the 75th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack.

According to a press schedule released by the White House, the president will spend most of next week, including Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the White House attending meetings.

The only travel on his agenda falls on Tuesday, in Tampa, Fla., where he’ll meet with active duty service members at MacDill Air Force Base and deliver remarks on the counterterrorism campaign.

On Thursday, he and the first lady will attend the Congressional Ball at the White House.
