The Honolulu Marathon is just over a week away!  In today’s ‘Go the Distance’ segment, we head to Brain and Body Yoga Tai Chi to get some tips on appropriate stretches to do before and after the big race and also proper breathing techniques to help you successfully complete the marathon.
