Aunties Kitchen: 12 Days of Pau Hana

Auntie’s Kitchen will show the Living808 viewing audience how to make a delicious holiday fried rice with leftovers and discuss the “12 Days of Pau Hana” Christmas specials. Chef Josh Brumblay and Matt Skaletsky join us in studio.


Auntie’s Kitchen Festive “Day After” Fried Rice

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 deviled egg, prepared
  • 4 oz of prime rib
  • 4 oz of pork loin
  • 4 oz black bean sauce
  • 2 oz roast turkey
  • 2 oz roasted broccoli
  • 2oz roasted mushrooms
  • 1 oz cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbl butter
  • 2 tsp furikake
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Fry rice together with butter, furikake, meats and vegetables.
  2. When hot, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with deviled egg and cranberry sauce.
